By downloading, installing, or using the Huda Milli School App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (the user) and SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd., the service provider for Huda Milli School.

2. User Registration & Security

To ensure a secure educational environment, users must adhere to the following:

  • Users must provide accurate credentials provided by the school administration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password.
  • Unauthorized sharing of student data or exam materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Huda Milli App, you agree not to:

Technical Misuse

Attempting to bypass security, reverse engineer the app, or use automated scripts to scrape data.

Content Misuse

Posting offensive messages in chat modules or manipulating online exam results.

4. Online Fee Payments

All fee payments made via the app are processed through secure third-party gateways. SoftMaji InfoTech is not liable for transaction failures caused by bank technical issues or incorrect user input. Please keep your transaction receipts generated by the app for future reference.

5. Modifications & Downtime

We reserve the right to update the app version (currently v4.1) at any time to improve performance. Periodic maintenance may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from network issues on the user's end.
